RE-GENSORBSystem
The patented Re-Gensorb system is designed for applications with large volumes of air and low concentrations of VOCs.  Examples would include furniture finishing, aerospace manufacturing, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical and many other industrial systems.  System design includes both fixed bed and rotary wheel adsorbers.  
 
 

Re-Gensorb System Process Description 

The Re-Gensorb system utilizes several cells of high silica zeolite to adsorb VOCs and HAPs from your air stream.  Each cell is sequentially taken off-line for regeneration, and warm air is passed through the cell to release the adsorbed compounds.  This low volume, high concentration air stream is then routed to an oxidizer where the VOCs and HAPs are converted to harmless CO2 and water vapor, producing negligible NOx.  After regeneration, the fresh adsorber cell is returned on-line to adsorb in tandem with several other cells, and the next cell is segregated for regeneration.
