Process Description:

1. Solvent laden air from your process enters the Catalytic Oxidizer
2. Pre-heat heat exchanger raises temperature of solvent laden air to the required oxidation temperature
3. Heated process air passes through the catalytic oxidation chamber, converting VOCs and HAPs to harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor
4. Clean, hot exhaust gas passes through primary heat ex-changer for recovery of heat energy
5. Optional secondary heat exchanger can provide additional warm air for plant heating or process ovens
6. Clean air exhausts through stack to atmosphere
