Typically, facilities that install VOC abatement equipment have the additional requirement to ensure that 100% of the VOC’s emitted from the regulated process are captured and delivered to the abatement system for destruction. The USEPA has developed Method 204C that provides criteria for demonstrating that an enclosure meets the 100% capture efficiency.  Additionally, the concentration of hazardous air pollutants cannot exceed the Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL's) set by OSHA in order to maintain a safe environment for workers. 

M&W Industries has developed an optimized design to meet both the EPA Method 204 and OSHA requirements at minimum cost.  The proprietary method enables M&W Industries to reduce the process exhaust flow to provide the most cost effective overall VOC abatement solution.
